Code of Ethics

THE Code of Ethics of the company covers all the staff and administrators of the company and visa assemble a set of lines to follow in the course of the company activity. These guidelines seek to reflect the values that administration considers it important to make to its customers, suppliers, partners, employees, competition and the community.

The values that the enterprise considers essential and which wants to be associated with are: integrity, reliability, transparency and respect for individuality.

1.       Relations with the collaborators. THE company commits-if:

         Respect the dignity of each individual contributor in the light of human rights;

         Treat each contributor as an active element of the company and its own opinion;

         Offer opportunities for career development and vocational training and appropriate human;

         Offer a workplace safe and dignified conditions;

         Offer remuneration compatible with its tasks;

         Respect labor legislation in force.

2.       Relations with the Partners and suppliers. With our suppliers, entities, organizations and agents undertake-in:

         Develop relations based on transparency;

         Fully respect the commitments undertaken;

         Available financial information and reports on the company's activity;

         Use technologies for electronic communications in a responsible manner;

3.       Relations with the Competition. The company must:

         Comply with the rules of the market, not practicing unfair competition;

4.       Relations with customers. THE company commits-if:

         Develop lasting relations with their customers by offering quality products and that will accompany their requirements;

         Safeguard privacy and personal data of our clients;

         Acquire services and products that comply with the environment, labor law and other relevant legislation;

5.       Relations with the Community. As a company in the area of culture and leisure, we seek:

         Develop our activity in line with the laws, local traditions, respecting the environment.

         Participate actively in the communities and share their cultural traditions;
